"Cheri is not only very fun to be with, her knowledge of the industry is unbelievable. She left no stone unturned to find me my dream house. She did this in record time, also. I decided to start looking in the middle of February and I got my keys to my house on June 28th.

I have already given her name out to two other people who are looking and I got Cheri's name from good friends who had her as their agent. You just can't go wrong with someone like Cheri Piles!"

"Cheri is encompasses all you could wish for in an agent. Bright, knowlegable, professional, personable, caring, trustworthy and honest. I trust her implicently to do the right thing even if it not in her best financial interest and that is the most treasured and rarest of straights in an agent who I have been most fortunate to have in my corner.Also she has tremendous local knowledge, history and a great network of quality support. To say I recommend her strongly is a gross understatement. Cheri also helped me sell a multifamily home in 2018 but I cannot enter two transactions.She only gets better and better."

"My husband and I decided to look for a home in Olympia, WA last summer, during a month-long visit to the area; my husband had grown up in western Washington. A realtor friend in our AL home town had researched realtors around Olympia for us, and recommended Cheri Piles. We felt comfortable with Cheri immediately. Once she knew what we were looking for, she lined up three possibilities for our inspection almost immediately. The house we would have considered buying of the three had just been put under contract, so we kept looking—at a very limited inventory, given our preferences. A few days later I found a new house posted on line that looked promising; Cheri had noted the same house, took us to see it, and we liked it. Cheri walked us through the buying process carefully, step by step: initial and subsequent offerings, inspection, title company. But here’s where things get complicated: when we got back to our current home in Alabama and began the task of de-cluttering, packing, and selling, we began to question the wisdom of such a major move; when we found ourselves faced with a good offer on that home, we decided to remain in it. So we called Cheri and asked her to put the Olympia house back on the market. She did everything for us — several thousand miles away. Everything. She wisely waited until late Spring to list it, and the house had a buyer within several days. When we came out to the Northwest for our annual visit in late June, all we had to do was to sign the closing documents. I cannot imagine anyone having a less stress-free house-selling experience, ever. Cheri’s professional experience, her knowledge of the area’s housing market, and her overall professionalism itself makes her a remarkably effective realtor. She is also patient, calm, kind — and with seemingly limitless energy. Not only did we learn to trust her completely, we very soon felt like we were with an old friend while we were in her company. We recommend her without reservation."

"Cheri is an excellent real estate licensee. She is friendly, positive all of the time like her profile picture, professional, and very much made us feel at ease with the home buying process.I felt more like she was my consultant/buyers agent than buying a car at a dealership, which I'm familiar with both professions. She has knowledge in every area of real estate! real estate property, the structures of the houses. She is passionate about her work and her customer service to clients! Cheri was able to show us multiple houses that lead us to getting the house that we wanted and quickly on a newly listed house! We love our home! She is timely and made sure everything was on track-docs and scheduling. She also made herself available pretty much at "a drop of the hat" when she could.
